The Social, Cultural, and Humanitarian Committee focuses on the protection of human rights and humanitarian principles worldwide. This agenda item addresses alleged human rights violations arising from the ongoing Israel–Palestine conflict. Delegates will analyze issues such as civilian protection, displacement, access to humanitarian aid, and the responsibilities of state and non-state actors under international law. Emphasis will be placed on humanitarian impact rather than military strategy. Delegates must navigate political sensitivities while advocating for accountability, international cooperation, and the protection of fundamental human rights.
